How do I…?

You can register your child/children into the program: 1- by printing a registration form from the web site, completing it and returning it to the rectory or 2- if your child is already in the program, they will receive a registration form for the next year or 3- check the vestibule of the church to see if any forms are there.

Have a child baptized…

Baptized are typically held on the second Sunday of each month.  To have your child baptized, simply call the rectory.  We will send you a registration packet. Complete the enclosed form and return it to the rectory.  Upon receipt we will call you to schedule a date for the baby’s baptism.

Become a Catholic…

Receive my sacraments if I am a baptized Catholic…

If you are an adult and have missed either First Holy Communion and/or Confirmation, the RCIA classes are for you.  Classes begin each October and you would receive your sacraments at the Easter Vigil Mass.

Prepare for marriage…

When planning for marriage, please contact the rectory one year in advance.  Be sure the date is available with the church before securing a venue for your reception.

Receive copies of my sacramental records…

Call the rectory to obtain copies of sacramental records.

Book a Mass for a loved one…

Generally our Masses are booked for only one intention.  Weekend Masses book up very quickly.  The date that the Mass Book will be ready for you to book Masses for the coming year will be published in the bulletin. (ex: the 2016 Mass book will open right after Easter in 2015).  Each month there is also a community Mass in which more than one intention may be mentioned.  The stipends for Masses are:  Weekend Masses – $25.00;  Weekday Masses – $15.00;  Community Masses – $10.00

Plan a funeral…

Don’t worry about arranging a funeral.  The funeral director will handle everything for you.  Once a date has been arranged, the family is asked to stop by the rectory to pick up a funeral packet and form.  This enables the family to choose readings and music for the Mass and arrange for any other requests.

Receive Communion if I’m a shut-in…

If you are unable to attend Mass and would like to receive communion, call the rectory to be put on the Communion Call list.  Shut-ins are visited at least once a month.

Receive the Sacrament of the Sick…

The sacrament of the sick may be received by calling the rectory to arrange for a priest to visit the sick person.

Get help if I’m in need…

Our Lady of Grace has a small food closet which depends on donations from our parishioners.  Food is available for people in need once a month.  We distribute food on a Wednesday to those who have called by Monday.
